Avory Group — License & Refund Policies

Below are the License and Refund policies for the Avory Group.

License Policies

Grant of License: Avory grants you a non-exclusive, non/transferable, revocable license to use the provided scripts, assets, and documentation for your Roblox projects in accordance with these terms. Permitted Use: You may use the code and assets for development, testing, and deployment in your own Roblox experiences. Prohibited Actions: • Deobfuscation is forbidden. You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, deobfuscate, or otherwise attempt to access the original, unobfuscated source.
This includes but is not limited to the use of tools, plugins, scripts, or manual methods intended to recover readable source logic. • Modification without permission is forbidden. You must not bypass, disable, alter, or remove any protections, licensing checks, or functionality in the provided code without explicit written permission from Avory. • Unauthorized redistribution is forbidden. You must not upload, sell, share, or publish the code or assets (in whole or part) to third parties or public repositories.

Termination

Avory may terminate your license at any time for breach. Upon termination you must delete all copies of Avory code and assets in your possession.

All Avory code and assets are provided as is. Avory makes no guarantees of functionality, uptime, or compatibility. By using Avory systems, you agree that Avory is not responsible for in-game data loss, system errors, or other Roblox-related issues.

Refund Policies

All purchases of digital scripts, licenses, and assets are final. Due to the intangible nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds.

Exceptions:

Refunds may be considered only in these narrow cases:

1. We are unable to deliver the product you paid for.
2. A verified purchase was made in error and not used.

Refund requests will be reviewed case-by-case. Avory reserves final discretion.

How to request a refund:

DM Avory Support v2 with your order ID, purchase date, and reason. Provide screenshots or proof where applicable.

Effects of policy violations:

If a user is found to have deobfuscated, distributed, or illegally modified Avory code, any pending refund requests will be denied and the user may be blacklisted.

Important Notice:

Due to Roblox’s marketplace fee structure, only 70% of the purchase amount is received by the group after Roblox’s standard deduction. As a result, Avory can only refund up to 70% of the original purchase price, and in some cases, refunds may be denied or unavailable entirely.

Product Modification Terms

Modifications to the models are permitted at your own risk. If the models are modified or completely redesigned, Avory requests appropriate credit to be given either in the game description or visibly within the game itself (for example, on an in-game plaque or credits section).
